Understand the sensory impacts of each choice a winemaker has within the Method: the blend, base wine fermentation, ML, lees aging, Maillard effect, use of reserve wines, and vintage impacts. In this unique 2.5 hour workshop, we will taste 9 wines, and compare side-to-side wines which employ different winemaking choices, to come away with a deep and concrete understanding of champagne's diverse sensory opportunities, and their meaning.
