All the Bubbles: Italian Sparkling Wine

Service Description

The landscape of sparkling wines in Italy is extraordinarily diverse, and exciting! In this class we will explore what distinguishes Prosecco from a traditional method sparkling wine such as Franciacorta, the impact of culture, history, and climate on the individual styles, and the varietals used in each. And of course, we will taste these wines side by side to see the how they are different, and similar, and fall in love with each in their own right! This will be a delicious, festive, convivial class just in time for the holidays. This is an excellent class to take with a companion -- it will highlight Tanya's deep knowledge of the subject, but will be a very accessible course for anyone curious and enthusiastic about sparkling wine and how it is made.
