Service Description

Understand the sensory impacts and the identity signature of PLACE is something that is not evident unless you spend years visiting the region. I have distilled this learning into a single workshop. Through partnering with the Comité Champagne and producers, I have put together a joyous experience to understand the character of wines from the 4 major sub-regions, soils, and villages. The workshop will include an extensive array of 8 mono Cru (single village) wines. Participants will come away with a deep and concrete understanding of Champagne's identity as it is linked to place. Don't miss this exciting and unique opportunity. A family-style lunch will be paired with wines to enrich the learning experience. Note: I will offer this class again for everybody, but this time around, registration is only open to Trade, and WIne Certification Students (WSET/WSG/CMS/Hospitality Students), and is priced simply to hold your place. Please fill out the registration form to receive confirmation of your approved attendance.
