The Sacred Slopes: An Epicurean Sojourn in Bourgogne

Join wine industry luminary Tanya Morning Star on the journey of a lifetime—an immersion into the artisanal heritage of food, wine, and the forgotten luxury of unhurried time around the table.

The Experience

Bourgogne is one of the world's most desirable wine regions, yet it remains one of the most elusive to truly access. This six-day odyssey is designed to bridge that gap. As one of only 60 Official Ambassadors of Bourgogne Wines globally, Tanya holds the key to the region's inner sanctum.

Because of this rare distinction, we are not merely tourists; we are welcomed guests. You will explore all five sub-regions, opening doors that even the most experienced travelers cannot open for themselves. From famous winemakers to humble farmers who rarely accept visitors, you will be received with intimacy and priority, welcomed into the fold of the families who have tended these vines for centuries.

The Harvest Bounty

This year offers a unique autumn itinerary, augmented to reflect the abundance of the harvest season. We will expand our view beyond the vine to explore the complete culinary culture of the region, anchored in historical context and contemporary revelation. Activities will include exclusive visits to artisan producers of mustard and cheese, as well as a regional cooking class where the meaning of Burgundian food and wine comes to life through hands-on experience.
